Derek shot this video for musician Ouri on a greenscreen and painstakingly did all the post-production work himself, mixing traditional VFX, CGI and experimenting with new AI video techniques.

LABOUR OF LOVE
“Ossature” depicts the visions musician Ouri experienced during a medically-assisted ketamine session. The video aesthetically transmits the feeling of this very strange healing experience, a heroic battle and retrieving a lost connection with her ancestors.
