How to express resilience through movement?

The story begins in introspection, in a cocoon, in darkness. Then she unfurls. She enters a white room which she explores at the same time as she discovers herself in the mirrors.

She becomes a sculpture within the space.

She pushes herself to her limits.
For me, that is resilience.
