ABOUT
It wasn’t long after they started dating—and realized they owned the same Martin Parr books—that Jodi Heartz and Alex Blouin began working together almost 10 years ago. While throwing after parties in Montreal, the pair slowly evolved into a full-blown creative direction and photography duo, leveraging Alex’s background as a DJ and illustration designer and Jodi’s sense for fashion and the fine arts to create images that are strong, raw and fresh. Always on the lookout of their environment and the people around them, they draw inspiration from everyday life to elevate their projects.
