With JE, I want to look into the way we put on a performance or represent ourselves and how we depend on the gaze of others to exist. Like a necessity, an addiction. Like a reflection of the existential emptiness present in each of us.
The image of my body goes through the one conceived by the other’s gaze, thus making the gaze an essential concept in all my dearest and therefore most narcissistic attributes.
