Control no Control is the very first installation from Iregular, and travelled to 24 cities. Between Beijing, Jerusalem, Mexico DF, Madrid, Paris, London, Wellington and Plovdiv, this installation is ignorant of generational, cultural or religious differences. It gathers hundreds of viewers. At the heart of this concept lies the question Who controls who? On one hand, through the creation of an interactive artwork, an artist guides the public in practising certain actions. Although, on the other side, thanks to his own movements, the participant has a certain control on what is created.
The meaning of our work only happens when people interact with it.

Who’s controlling who?
IREGULAR
The fact that we can reach people and prompt them to an action is very interesting and powerful. The more we do it, the more we feel that it’s a powerful way to experience and create emotions.
IREGULAR
What we love about Control no Control is that it equalizes everyone and has them experience the same with a piece that never changes.
